Your first visit is built around one thing: understanding how your body moves and what’s holding you back. This is a one-on-one session so that both you and your therapist can focus in on your goals.
It begins with a conversation about your history, past injuries, current limitations, and what you want to improve. From there, your therapist will perform a full movement and mobility assessment to evaluate strength, flexibility, and how your body functions in real movement. Once the initial screening is complete, the remainder of the appointment will include hands-on treatment therapies.
