Performance Training

Enhance your performance

Performance training improves the way your body moves, trains, and performs across both daily activities and sports. Using the principles of biomechanics and movement analysis, our therapists build targeted programs that develop strength, mobility, and control. Each session is tailored to your goals, helping you move more efficiently, reduce injury risk, and perform at a higher level.

Why Performance Training

  • Improve strength, mobility, and movement efficiency
  • Enhance a sport-specific performance
  • Reduce risk of injury through better mechanics
  • Build confidence in how your body moves and performs

Programs

Running Analysis

A detailed assessment of your running mechanics to identify inefficiencies or imbalances. From there, we build a plan with corrective exercises and adjustments to improve performance and reduce injury risk.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training

Uses controlled restriction to stimulate muscle growth and strength with lighter weights. This is ideal for building strength efficiently or training around limitations.

Golf Performance

Our golf performance program is designed to improve mobility, strength, and coordination specific to your golf swing. This approach combines exercise, manual therapy, and golf-focused training for more efficient movement and injury prevention.

ACL Injury Prevention

A proactive program designed to reduce the risk of ACL injuries in athletes and active individuals. Using targeted strength work, plyometrics, balance training, and neuromuscular drills, we help improve lower-body control, joint stability, and movement mechanics. This builds safer, more confident performance.
