Recovery and prevention come together here, with an emphasis on helping your body become stronger, more efficient, and better equipped for everyday demands and performance.

Preventative Care & Maintenance sessions are 45 minutes. Each session is tailored to your body and needs to better manage past injuries, improve movement quality, and build long-term resilience. You will receive a detailed evaluation so that your therapist can identify areas of weakness, imbalance, or restriction and create a plan to address them before they become larger problems.
